Derek Sanchez
Derek Sanchez is a writer, director and occasional actor. He wrote "Light and Shadow", "The Clock is Ticking", "Stalker", "Trapped" (a stage play) and co-wrote "Changing Tempo". He directed "The Clock is Ticking", "Stalker", "Trapped" and co-directed "Changing Tempos" with Maria Picar. Though Derek will act occasionally, he is a writer first and foremost (The “real” actors in the group will attest to that).
Derek is a native of the Bay Area, having lived in Vallejo, California for most of his life. He graduated from San Francisco State University with a B.A. in Cinema Studies. He is currently working on the short films "Own Life" and "Stray Shot".
