Alex Picar
Alex Picar is a native San Franciscan who started in the entertainment field
as a print model. Lending his talents to major ads for The Hartford and Heald
College, Alex has also done commercials for Orientex Lumpia, Magnolia Ice-Cream
and Samsung. Some of his television work includes a spot on the German Love
Boat series “Das Traumschiff” (?) He thinks that’s how you
say it in German for he knows his German isn’t good! He has also done
extra work for the film Kite Runner and the television series “Journeyman”.
Alex has also starred in many Asian Mainstream Productions films including
“Alex”, “Floss and Bling”, “Start the Revolution”
and “Dealer’s Choice”. When he’s not engaged in his
two passions, dog training and fishing, Alex is the sole caterer for Asian
Mainstream Productions concocting food and spirits.
